The International Conference on Theory and Practice of Digital Libraries (TPDL) constitutes a leading scientific forum on digital libraries that brings together researchers, developers, content providers and users in the field of digital libraries. TPDL 2013, the 17th edition of the conference, was organized by University of Malta and it was held in Valletta, Malta on September 22-26, 2013.

Global Collaboration of iSchools to be held in TPDL2013

The event will be held in parallel to the Doctoral Consortium of TPDL2013. The WiS (Workshop of iSchools) series has been taking place on the platform of ICADL conference series since 2010. Following the success of the three WiS workshops, all of which were organized by CiSAP on the platform of ICADL since 2010, this Global WiS (G-WiS) workshop aims to create an opportunity to seek collaborations and contributions from interested institutions across geographical regions.
