  • Conference Only Delegate/Student Fee is inclusive of participation of the main Conference, Proceedings, Conference materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.
  • Conference Plus Delegate/Student Fee is inclusive of participation of the main Conference and any Tutorial and/or Workshop (please indicate the names in Step. 4), Proceedings, Conference materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.
  • One Day/Half Day Registration Fee is inclusive of participation for the day, Proceedings, Conference materials, Coffee Breaks and Lunch on that day.
  • All Tutorials will be on 22/9.The tutorial fee allows each participant to choose one morning (AM) and one afternoon (PM) tutorial. The fee also includes materials, coffee breaks and lunch for the day.
  • All Workshops will be on 26/9. The workshop fee allows each participant to choose one Workshop. The fee also includes materials, coffee breaks and lunch for the day.
  • Participants registered at the Student fee should provide a proof of their status at registration during the conference.
  • Accompanying person fee includes the Half Day tour to Three Cities on 24/9, Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner. Lunches are not included.
  • Please note that some Workshops are on invitation. If you wish to attend to these, please contact the organizers for more details.

Registration

Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org/tpdl2013/register. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. An one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process. The whole process is easy to use, totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference, but they can also book their accommodation, etc. All additional services are offered at specially conference negotiated rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability).

Registration Steps

Attendees of last year's version, TPDL2012, should be familiar with the process and can avoid steps 1 and 2. For the rest, the process is:

  • Create an "easyconferences" account through www.easyconferences.org
  • Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent into your email account
  • Log into http://www.easyconferences.org/tpdl2013/register and create your TPDL2013 registration order form
  • Settle securely your order through the online credit card payment method
